Completing the Care Certificate takes hard work, commitment and a real dedication to learning. It’s wonderful to see more members of our team reaching this important milestone and continuing to develop the knowledge and skills that help them provide the very best care to our clients.

What Is the Care Certificate?

The Care Certificate is a nationally recognised set of standards that provides care workers with the fundamental knowledge, skills and behaviours they need in their roles.

It covers important areas of care including safeguarding, dignity and respect, communication, privacy, health and safety, and person-centred support.

These are all values that sit at the heart of the care and support we provide to people across Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon, Chippenham, Calne and the surrounding areas.
